Wonderful, quiet place to live in a great location|Recommended: YesMy husband and I have lived at Enclave since May 2015. We are in a two bedroom, two bath villa with a private courtyard entrance on the south side of Enterprise and it truly feels like home to us. Management is always there to help if the need arises and maintenance is much more efficient than was here when we first moved in. Both Stacey the manager and Lacey the Assistant manager seem more like friends than staff here. Our villa has everything we want in a home including full size washer and dryer as well as a large screened in patio that our two cats love to play on. The community is very close to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, a major shopping center and two major roads that make it easy to get wherever we need to go. We hope to live here for many more years to come.

Nice|Recommended: YesI truly enjoy living in the Enclave it's clean, friendly, n very convenient n close to everything. The staff is very helpful and the apartments are very spacious and worth the price we pay. I totally recommend this place to anyone.
Love it❤️|Recommended: YesI've lived at Enclave for 5 years and I really love it here. The management and maintenance staff are top notch It's a safe, peaceful place that is well maintained. They are consistently making upgrades to the property and stay in top of any issues that come up. The rent is very fair for such a prime location - there's everything I need within a couple minutes drive. The pool is beautiful and I love that I have my own private entrance and screened in back patio. It's also a pet friendly environment with litter stations around so things are kept very clean. I saw that there are some negative reviews here and can say that in the five years I've lived here I've never experienced any of that. There's always going to be people who have problems but my own personal experience has been very positive. I highly recommend living here to anyone considering this property. It's well worth it

Great place to live |Recommended: YesWe moved here almost 2 years ago with our 3 children from NY. This is a great place to live- it is quiet, the neighbors are all friendly, and it is clean. The amenities are very nice- we love to go to the pool and workout room-which are both excellent. We live on the smaller side across the street from the office and love it over here- very cozy and allows us to know our neighbors better. We have made many friends here. The maintenance guys are great and on top of things quickly if we ever have an issue. They also just put brand new roofs on all of our villas in the section across the street from the office The location is excellent, and the trees outside our villa are gorgeous I love having a separate private front entrance and screened in back patio. If you are looking for a place in Clearwater- I highly recommend the Enclave
